Challenge 1 by Sam: had to use fabric on 3/4 of layout, beads, sequins, 2 different types of stitching & at least 1 button. Fabric - 1 used hessian, Beads - from a dress (black beads of tree), Sequins - strip on ribbon, 2 types of stitching - now that was hard as not much of a sewer so had to google stitches and had a go at blanket stitch across top of photo and normal running stitch to sew hessian on & Button - used 3 on tree

Challenge 2 by Tiff: had to use fabric circle on layout.
Once again I went with my trusty hessian and cut out circles, layering them on top of one another and then stapling them together before sticking onto layout.
Also used Krafty Kuts die cuts and carolees tiny alphas

Challenge 3 by Cookie: create an ATC using fabric as base
I used a scrap of fabric that had a birdcage on it and added some stitching fabric to stick it on the cardstock, bit of bling, button & title.

Challenge 4 by Donna: Donna showed us technique of covering chipboard or button with material and then we had to use it on either layout or card. I used hessian (surprise, surprise - lol) to cover my scalloped bracket (man it was hard cutting out the small scallops - I had such a mess).
Also got a start on my projects for masters - woo hoo
