Josie up-date (her LO's, dance news & weight loss)

Last weekend was the September CC at ScrapTherapy, Josie had to work most of the weekend at HJ's but managed to participate in 2 of the challenges, both pages she did got a place.

Josie attends Reflections Academy of Dance and Melissa (the owner/teacher) asked if she would like to help out on Thursday's before her dance class with the PrePrimary musical theatre and grade 3 jazz and ballet classes. Melissa was so pleased with Josie choreographing that she is letting the grade 3 jazz perform a routine in the end of year concert that Josie is teaching them.

Yesterday we were doing a bit of shopping before Josie went to work and she came out in one of her dresses that is now swimming on her, so her weight is slowing coming off and it is really becoming noticeable lately in what she is wearing. Another check-up and fill this Wednesday.
